Here at Boston Catering & Events, we are known for our outstanding Barbecues and Ice Cream Socials during the Summer months and into the Fall. We pride ourselves on the large variety of diverse menu packages we offer to cater to your every need.
Barbecues
Our barbecues are cooked-on-site and to order so every person – from the early bird to the latecomer – gets a hot off the grill meal. Our barbecue menus include house-made marinades, sauces, and dry rubs. You can choose all you can eat pre-package menus so you can pick a menu and go, or create the perfect menu yourself with our a la carte menus.
Ice Cream Socials
Ice Cream Socials are a fantastic way to reward your employees for a job well done. They always create a fun environment and boost morale! We feature a smorgasbord of Richardson’s own ice cream and frozen yogurt flavors, hot and cold sauces, and over a dozen toppings. We offer this custom-made afternoon treat as a drop off, as a catered event with staff, or as an add-on to any barbecue.
We can make your barbecue or ice cream social as simple or elaborate as you’d like. While our staff will always be there to set up your event, cook on site, and serve as necessary, our event team is also available if you require assistance with other aspects of your event like arranging tent or table rentals, town permits, décor ideas, and more. Just ask and we can help make your event a roaring success from start to finish!
