Chef-Active Bars and Stations

Traditional buffets are fine, but in all honesty, they’re a little dated. Every station on this menu comes with a trained, culinary professional to prepare, cook, and serve food to your guests in the style of the table-side chefs of old, with a modern twist.


RAW BAR

east coast oysters and cherrystone clams on the half shell, snow or king crab claws, and jumbo shrimp cocktail served with traditional accompaniments $ market pp

 

“ROAD TO ROMAINE” CAESAR SALAD STATION

MEDITERRANEAN PITA POCKET STATION

PAELLA STATION

traditional paella with onions, bell peppers, celery, tomatoes, garlic, white beans, chorizo, short-grain rice, saffron broth, mussels, shrimp, and chicken, beef, pork, or whitefish, served with grilled garlic bread ($17.95 pp)
