Pierce Farm at Witch Hill in Topsfield, MA is a unique spot for any type of event. The unique setting of nineteenth century landscapes, architecture, décor and bucolic charm are enchanting! The house was originally a Georgian style home built in 1821 but was later transformed into a Second Empire Victorian by Colonel Thomas Wentworth Peirce and has a meticulously restored 1873 Carriage House.
The property has several spacious, nicely appointed rooms to meet your event's needs, from an intimate gathering in the main house to a formal dinner for 150 in the beautifully restored Carriage House.
Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology offers a number of spectacular spaces in a charming Boston neighborhood. With over 8,000 square feet of interior space and 5,000 square feet of outdoor space,the college is a great fit for virtually any type of occasion.
The auditorium is a smaller-scale replica of Boston's famous Symphony Hall. The space can be set with 350 chairs facing the stage for live performances. When using as a ballroom, up to 300 guests can be seated for dinner and 355 for standing receptions.
Smaller events can be held in their historic lobby, courtyard and plaza, and even in their classrooms and labs.
Connemara House Farm is located in Topsfield, Massachusetts. This beautiful farm estate is surrounded by lush greenery with gardens and orchards setting the perfect backdrop for your event. The property was once a prized dairy farm and the home served as a summer retreat for a wealthy area businessman in the early 20th century.
The tented outdoor event spaces can accommodate parties up to 150 guests. The entire venue can accommodate parties up to 250 guests.
